I didn't know Laird very well, but he was one of my first friends I met through VFRD on our annual tmac rides. I rode with him often when he attended. I send my deepest condolences and fervent Prayers to his lovely wife (whom I had the pleasure of meeting a few years ago) and his beautiful daughter. I know you are in great pain, but let the Lord comfort you in these trying times and know that even though we may not know His reasons for removing Laird from this earth, that he is the author of all our fates and He has His purposes.

Goodbye my friend.

We remember Laird as a quiet, introspective little boy. There was a genuineness and kindness that shone through him and he didn't lose this as he grew into a teenager, young man and father. He was, is and always will be a beautiful soul.

Laird has always been a wise and sensitive soul something that was clear even as an 8th grader in religion class (his teacher and I merged classes often). Laird was curious, brilliant, and insightfultraits that remained with him into adulthood. His love for his family was his core. My prayers are with all of you. - Lori

Where do you even begin. Laird, you were a great friend. Everyone who has met you, even for the briefest of moments, was lucky. You always had a smile on your face and knew how to make everyone laugh. I'm sorry we didn't keep in touch but I thought of you often over the years. Elizabeth, there are no words anyone can say to make this better. I can only imagine the pain you feel over loosing your best friend. You and beautiful Adelaide are in my thoughts.

My deepest synmpathies to Lair's wife and daughter and his parents and of course all his family and friends. I knew Laird briefly while he was just a young person trying to make his own splash when I worked with his father. So sad at such a young age. I know he will be greatly missed

Laird worked with our company as a remote consultant (we're in California) over the past year plus. While I never had the opportunity to meet him, he did a fantastic job of coming up to speed very quickly and providing excellent service, helping us out of many jams, and exhibiting a high level of professionalism. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. He'll be missed.
