Amy Jo Freeman, 58, passed away November 7, 2017 at her home in Clermont, FL. Amy is predeceased by her father, Edward Cholewa. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, David Freeman; her son, Tyler Freeman; her daughter, Alexandra Freeman; her mother, Phyllis Cholewa; her sister, Brenda (Jack) Brady, along with many other extended family and friends.
