Angelo Liparito, 96 year old WWII veteran, of Springhill, died April 13, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Efficiency Fidelity Honor, WWII Victory Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, and WWII Combat Infantryman Badge. He was born Feb. 23, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Ciro and Carmela (Riccio) Lipariti. Retired from Springhill Fire department, as a hydrant maintenance Division.

He is survived by his children, Gerald Liparito, John (Billie) Liparito, and Francine (Bill) Sutton; Grandchildren: Jennifer, Stephen, Heather, Christopher, Raquel, Kathleen, Samantha, Nicholas, and Cassandra; Great Grandchildren: Larry, Vincenzo, Vanessa, Angelo, Stephen, Dominic, AJ, Hailey, Lucas, Austin, Blake, Lilly, Rosabella, Jasiah, Zoey, Chloe; Sisters: Helen, Mary, Lucy; Brother: Jerry.

Funeral viewing will be Wednesday, April 19th from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Brewers and Sons, Mariner Blvd. Springhill. Service will be Thursday, April 20th at Grace Memorial Gardens in Springhill at 1 pm.
