Charles David Moore, of Groveland Florida, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born the 4th of 6 sons in LaFrank, West Virginia on May 28, 1942 to the late William and Clara (Evans) Moore.

Charles was a member of the Lake Catherine Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Groveland, Florida and for many years volunteered his time to help and give support to others as a minister within the local congregation. He will be remembered for his love of metal detecting, working outside in the yard and his love of music.

Charles is survived by his wife of 42 years, Apryl (Murphy) Moore, his children Mark Wayne Moore, Shanna Gabrielle (Brent) Giarrano and Charles Brandon Moore, his step-children, Lola Hanna, Deborah Soma and Mario Ramirez, his 5 grandchildren, Colton, Miabella and Jaxson Giarrano, Megan Kiser and Nikole Moore, and three great-grandchildren, Naveah, Jayda and Echo. He is also survived by 4 brothers, Oliver (Arlene) Moore, Lester (Cindy) Moore, Robert (Jill) Moore and Larry (Teresa) Moore and was preceded in death by his brother Ellis (Gail) Moore.

Funeral services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 15919 Villa City Rd., Groveland, FL 34736 on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 2 p.m. Services will also be streamed online.
