Deloris Torrens, 69, of Tampa, FL, passed away peacefully at home on January 19, 2017. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Military Wife. Deloris was married for 44 years to Richard E. Torrens, Sr., who preceded her in death in 2011. She was Baptist by faith and a member of West Broad Street Baptist Church in Tampa.
She is survived by her children, Karen Torrens and Richard Torrens, Jr., and his wife, Tammy; grandchildren, Brandon, Kaylie, Ryan and Alex; brother, Ellis Hickman and his wife, Karen; sister, Janet Chance and her husband, Lynn; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
