Elsie Rizzo, 87, of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on June 9, 2018. Elsie worked for and retired after 20 yrs. of service from Berkshire Nursing in West Babylon, NY. She is survived by her 2 sons, George Moglia, Jr. and his wife, Marisol and Kevin Moglia and his wife, Susan; 5 grandchildren, Dianna Tully, Thomas James. Moglia, Lisa Marie Moglia, Cassandra Moglia, David Moglia; great-granddaughter, Alexa Tully; great-grandson, Darryl Lea Moglia; family and friends.
