Francis E. Wilkins IV 54 of Brooksville, FL passed away August 28, 2018. He was born in Monticello, NY and came here 2 years ago from Pennsylvania. Francis was a master craftsman and loved building the night away. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years; Beth of Brooksville, FL, children; Francis V of Brooksville, FL, Eva Spencer of Kentucky and, 8 grandchildren. Francis will be missed by many but never forgotten.
