Frank P. DeCicco, 91, passed away July 25, 2018. He was born on May 11, 1927 in New York, New York the son of Vincent and Estelle (Rolowies) DeCicco. He moved to the area in May of 1978. Frank was a World War II Veteran with the United States Marines. He was a life member of Spring Hill Marine Corp League #708 and American Legion #632 in Ozone Park, Queens, New York. Frank was a New York City Officer in the Tri-borough bridge and tunnel and retired security officer in Hernando office. He was a member of St Theresa Catholic Church and was a former usher at the 4pm Saturday Mass for over 20 years. In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his loving wife Jean and brother, Jack. Frank is survived by his son, James Bellmore and his wife, Shari; daughter, Janice Cunningham; sister, Antoinette Bozza and her husband, Robert; sister in law, Carol DeCicco, grandchildren, Diana Menendez and her husband, Oscar, Darren DeCicco and his wife, Michelle, Gina Carroll and her husband, Timothy, Jennifer Cunningham, Tara Cunningham, Robert Cunningham and his wife, Kaitlyn; great grandchildren, Hanna, Maya, Emma Jean, Gianna, Johnny and Frankie; and loving family and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 280 Mariner Boulevard. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 10:00 am at St Theresa Catholic Church. Burial will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 12:30 pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell with military honors.
