James Rufus Elswick, 57, passed away July 17, 2018. He was born in Virginia on September 6, 1960 the son of Milton E. and Shiley Temple (Whited) Elswick. James is survived by his 2 sons, James Jr, and Tony; mother, Shirley; grandson, Ezra James; 2 sisters, Patricia and Diane; brother, Eddie and loving family and friends. Memorial Service will be held August 11 at 2pm at Full Gospel Assembly of God.
