Joan Snead Busbee, 81, passed away December 18, 2017 at South Lake Hospital. Born in Charleston, WV, she moved to the area 9 years ago from OH. Joan is predeceased by her husband, Charles Busbee, and parents, Charles and Tora Snead. Survived by 2 sons, Charles Busbee and John Busbee; 3 daughters, Deborah Williamson, Brenda Busbee and Barbara (Scott) Peck; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
