Leonard H. Griebel, Sr., 79, passed away March 10, 2017. Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Erica; 2 sons, Leonard, Jr., (Vilma) of Alamogordo, NM and Robert (Catherine) of Roscoe, NY; 6 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters; many nieces and nephews. Born in Callicoon, NY, he lived in Gutterberg, NJ until he retired as head groundskeeper at Bergen Comm. College in 2003 and moved to Spring Hill. He was a member of the NJ Club of Spring Hill and a parishioner at St. Joan of Arc Church. An avid hunter and fisherman, he loved all sports especially his beloved Mets. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 2:00 to 6:00 at 280 Mariner Boulevard. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:00am at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
