Magee, Leslie, 92 of Tampa, Fl passed away on Feb. 2, 2017 at Tampa General Hospital.
Leslie was born in Montreal, Canada. She split her younger years between Canada and
Washington DC before coming to Tampa where she resided for approximately 50 years.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Greater Tampa Showmans Association, and an honorary Army Captain. She involved herself in many things and enjoyed them all, but most of all her work in Washington DC on 16 Presidential Inaugurals was her pride and joy. She also taught braille at University of Tampa. Leslie, along with her sisters, was a performer and dancer from age 4. She performed in Canada, France, and throughout the United States. Her first language was French, which she spoke and wrote beautifully. She traveled the world and especially enjoyed France and Egypt.
Leslie was predeceased by her first husband, Larry Ford and second husband, Warren Magee, her parents, Marie Elzire Patenaude and Edmond Patenaude and her three sisters, Nicole, Irene and Francine. She is survived by a niece, Melodie from Canda and many friends she made throughout her very long and blessed life. Leslie, may you sing and dance your way through the gates of heaven. You will be greatly missed
