Lucille A. Viglione, 94 of Spring Hill, Florida, formerly of Peekskill, NY passed away peacefully August 10, 2018. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and came to Florida in 1997.
Lucille was predeceased by her husband, John R. Viglione, sister Mary Marchione, and brother-in-law Ted Marchione.

Lucille is survived by her daughter and son-in law, Denise and Tom Thorne; grandchildren, Brian Cook, Michele Cook, Stacy and Clint DeRonda, 6 great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony, Mia, Gina, London, and Nicholas and and 1 great-great granddaughter, Malina, all residing in Florida.

Lucille was a practicing Catholic of St. Francis Cabrini Church. She worked several jobs in her lifetime, including working with radium at a Radium Plant in New York City, a nursing home chef, and a recess monitor and at elementary school.

Lucille's hobbies included cooking, baking, dancing, crocheting, ceramics, and keeping in touch with friends and family on social media. She loved to reminisce about her early life experiences. Her favorite moments in life were the time she enjoyed entertaining friends, watching her grandchildren, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Brewer & Sons Funeral Home , 280 Mariner Blvd in Spring Hill Florida, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.. Funeral Service will be held at the same location on Thursday August 16 at 10:30 a.m.. She will be laid to rest at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL following the service.
