Mark R. Pikey, 57 of Brooksville passed away May 19, 2017. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri and came here to Brooksville in 2012 from Texas.
He graduated from Francis Howell High School in Weldon Springs, Missouri; served in the U.S. Navy and traveled extensively Spain, Iceland and London. After serving in the Navy he spent his years working with Southwest Bell in Texas.
Mark was very caring and always helping and putting others before himself. He loved collecting nautical items and trying new recipes.
He is predeceased by his father, Robert Pikey; brother, Bruce Pikey and niece, Amber Stahlschmidt; last but definitely not least his beloved pet, Carlton.
He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Pikey; sister, Diane Stahlschmidt; uncles, Paul Purcell, Ed Pikey and Ralph (Joy) Purcell; last but definitely not least is his beloved pet, Carlton.
He will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriner's Hospital.
