Mary Ann Ames, 63 of Brooksville, Florida passed away April 3, 2018. She was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on January 24, 1955.
She is predeceased by her mother, Betty Shallcross.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, John Ames of Brooksville, Florida; 3 sons, Jason Ames of Palm Coast, Florida; Joseph Ames of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Timothy Ames of Brooksville, Florida; father, Herbert Shallcross of Brooksville, Floria; sister, Vicki Shallcross of Brooksville, Florida; 4 brothers, Mike Shallcross of Weeki Wachee, Florida; Scott Shallcross of Tilden, Texas; Brian Shallcross of Brooksville, Florida; Billy Shallcross of Maryville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Leksi Ames, Lily Ames, Willa Ames, Jenna Ames, Sonny Ames, Declan Ames, Scarlett Ames (due in June); many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.

A Gathering In Memory will be held on Monday, April 9th from 10-11 a.m with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at Grace Tabernacle Independent Baptist Church, 1661 W. Jefferson St, Brooksville, FL 34601.
