Paul Eugene Daniels, 85 of Tampa passed away May 31, 2017.
He was born in Elsmore, Kansas and came to Tampa in 1952 from Texas where he was serving in the military.
He served in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sargent; graduated from the University of Tampa in 1958, and retired after working as the Treasurer for Gulf Florida Terminal Company; a firm handling ships coming into Tampa from other parts of the world, and in other executive and management positions throughout his career. Paul was a member and served faithfully at Idlewild Baptist Church.
He enjoyed farming, fishing, hunting and camping.
He is predeceased by his father and mother, William and Loreen Daniels; brothers, William, Donald and James Daniels, and sisters, Shirley and Edith.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Daniels; sister, Sandra Robertson; loving family and friends.
He will be laid to rest on June 7th at 11 a.m. at the Florida National Cemetery with Military Honors.
