Richard Edward Lambert, 66, of Tampa, Florida passed away April 18, 2018 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Clermont, Florida. He was born August 19, 1951 in Cumberland, Maryland, moving to Florida 30 years ago from Maryland. Richard was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his son, Charles Shields, along with other extended family and friends. He will truly be missed.
