YACOBELLIS, Robert Joseph "Alex", 43, of Tampa, passed away November 7, 2016. Born to Robert A. and Barbara in Philadelphia on November 1, 1973.

Alex was a Boy Scout in Hatfield, PA . and enjoyed playing soccer. He was a graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School and worked at Zoto's Diner in Line Lexington, PA before moving to Florida in 1993. Later in life, Alex worked for Oasis Outsourcing, formerly known as Advantec.

Alex enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his love of dancing. He also enjoyed being on the water whenever possible. During his quieter times, he liked watching tv and gaming. Alex will be greatly missed by his family and large circle of friends.

Alex is survived by his life partner, Jonathan Boone; loving parents, Robert and Barbara Yacobellis; brother, Paul Yacobellis of Sydney, Australia; sister, Lisa Yacobellis of Tampa, Florida; grandmother, Connie Daiutolo of Tampa, Florida; aunt, Judy Daiutolo of Maple Shade, New Jersey; cousin, Christine Augustine of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and his beloved pets, Sebastian and Isabella.

There will be a gathering at Brewer and Sons Funeral Homes South Tampa Chapel on Monday, November 14 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM.
