Salomon Serrano, 72, of Montverde, FL passed away November 8, 2017 at South Lake Hospital in Clermont, FL. Born and raised in Bronx, NY, he lived for a time in Puerto Rico before moving to Florida 29 years ago. Salomon is predeceased by his parents, Miguel A. Serrano and Julia Villahermosa Serrano. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Sonia Serrano; his daughter, Serena (James) Hourihane; one grandchild; his sister, Ida (Arthur) Eichner; his brother, Michael Serrano, and many other extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Moffitt Cancer Center & Research.
