Stylianos Karagiannis, 83, of Tarpon Springs, FL, formerly of New Haven, CT, passed on March 4, 2017. He came to America in 1966 and settled in New Haven, CT. Stylianos was employed in the construction and restaurant industries. He owned the Spring Glen Luncheonette on Whitney Avenue in Hamden, CT. His hobbies were reading, writing, and trying to preserve the Greek language. He also had a passion for gardening.

Stylianos is predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Kiki Karagiannis, and his wife, Maria Karagiannis (nee Antonellis).
He is survived by his son, Nicholas Karagiannis; a brother, Anastasios Karagiannis, of Heraklion, Crete; nephews, George Antonellis, of Orange, CT, and Theodore Antonellis, of Bethany, CT; niece, Diamanto Antonellis, of Woodbridge, CT; and many nieces and nephews in Greece.

Stylianos will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.
