Tommy Dean Castillo, 46, passed away peacefully June 23, 2017 at his home in Orlando, FL. Tommy is predeceased by his father, Rafael Castillo and brothers, Tito Castillo, Fernando Castillo and Rudy Castillo. He is survived by his wife, partner and best friend, Samantha Castillo; his mother, Barbara Castillo; four brothers, Bobby (Terry) Castillo, Sal (Laurie) Castillo, Paul Castillo and Joseph (Tina) Castillo; his sister, Donna (Chuck) Hulsizer, and thousands of friends and fans.
