Wayne F. Johnson, age 76, of Brooksville, Florida, died at his home on Sunday, May 20, 2018. He was a longtime resident of Brooksville coming from Clearwater and originally Wisconsin. Wayne was born in Cudahy, WI. On August 24, 1941, to the late Kenneth F. and Bernice M. (Schaefer) Johnson. Wayne was preceded in death by his daughter, Kim Schupp. Wayne was Roman Catholic by faith, and a longtime member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church where he was an Usher for 13 years at the Saturday 4 pm Masses. Wayne was employed for many years as a Machinist and retired from Lockheed Martin in Largo, FL. Wayne loved antique cares, westerns, and watching TV with his family. Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Diane Johnson, of Brooksville, daughter, Debra Hall, of Seminole, FL, and son, Jeffrey Johnson and his wife Tracy, of Toulca Lake, CA. Wayne is greatly missed by his grandchildren; Alexandria Zaniol, Hunter Hall, Salvatore Johnson, Matthew Clark, Marcus Porcu, Shane Stockings, Jessica Circle, Megan Seales, Andrea McCain, and Jenny Bailey, as well as 8 great Grandchildren and 10 siblings. Arrangements and Services are entrusted to Brewer and Sons Funeral Home, 4450 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606. The Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the FH from 2 -4 pm, and Deacon Bob Anderson from St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church will lead the Memorial Service at 3 PM on Friday May 25, 2018. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hernando Pasco Hospice.
