William Rush, 67, of Tampa, passed away unexpectedly on January 29, 2017. William, often referred to as "Cowboy" or "Wild Bill" was born in Germany on August 3, 1949 to Bernard and Else Rush.

William proudly served his country in the the United States Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force, William worked for the Tampa International Airport. William was also a skilled welder.

William had a gift of making everyone smile with his uplifting personality. He was very easy to love! Although William will be greatly missed by family and friends, his memory lives on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.

William is preceded in death by his father, Bernard. He is survived by his loving wife, Eva P. Rush; mother, Else Maria Opitz Rush; sister Evelyn; children, Jennifer Mcgrath, Denise Johnson, Charles Rush, Eric Jabour.

In accordance with William's easy-going personality, the family requests casual attire, so please dress comfortably.
